This study was conducted to determine how much influence Training and Career Development has on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Singkawang City. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires and using probability sampling techniques alongside simple random sampling in taking samples. The data used are profile data from the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Singkawang City, questionnaire data, primary processed data, and processed data from SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the T test or partial test, it shows that the significant value of Training and Career Development has a positive effect on Employee Performance. The F test shows that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so Training and Career Development simultaneously have an effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the Determination Test (R2), the R2 value is 0.361 or 36.1 percent. The suggestion submitted by the author, namely the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Singkawang City should be able to use the results of the research on the influence of Training and Career Development can be used as information in viewing employee performance which can be used to help improve Training and develop employee careers so that it can increase motivation in working and improve employee performance.

COMMUNITY SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND SOCIAL CAPITAL IN THE UTILIZATION OF SELF-HELP HOUSING STIMULANT AID IN SUNGAI SINTANG VILLAGE, SINTANG DISTRICT

Abstract: Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is an Indonesian government program which aims to help low-income communities improve the quality of their homes. This program provides assistance in the form of building materials and funds to encourage people to repair or build livable houses on their own initiative and efforts. Using qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques, this research aims to describe and analyze community self-sufficiency and social capital as important elements in utilizing the BSPS program. The research results show that in the context of BSPS house building, self-sufficiency has a close relationship with social capital and the two support each other. Social networks and trust between group members also support self-sufficiency by facilitating cooperation and involvement of group members in the BSPS program implementation process. Furthermore, a high level of trust in a community can increase the ability of community members to rely on each other and share resources which is the basis of self-sufficiency, where trust allows community members to take initiative and act independently but still receive support from their community. Social capital helps in the identification and mobilization of local resources in the presence of strong networks. Self-sufficiency relies heavily on the ability of communities to find and use the resources around them where social capital plays a key role.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY

This study examines community participation in improving the quality of services to the community. Using a qualitative analysis method approach, data was collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis. The findings show that active community involvement actively improves service quality through increased transparency, accountability and responsiveness. Key themes found include positive experiences of community engagement, challenges such as low community awareness and limited resources, and the important role of technology and inclusive mechanisms in facilitating participation. The analysis showed a positive relationship between community participation and service quality. This study concludes that, despite challenges, effective community participation can be optimized through public education, the use of technology, inclusive participation mechanisms, and strengthening the policy framework. Suggestions include improving public literacy, utilizing information technology, and partnering with civil society organizations to achieve more effective and efficient public service delivery.

Efektifitas Pelayanan Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) Drive Thru di Kota Makassar

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of public services for Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the PKB Drive Thru service implementation in Makassar City. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the implementation of the PKB Drive Thru Public Service in Makassar City. The study participants totaled nine people. The results of the study show that the aspects of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure at SAMSAT in Makassar City can be considered good. The communication conducted by SAMSAT in conveying information regarding the validation of vehicle registration certificates (STNK), PKB payments, and mandatory insurance contributions (SWDKLLJ) through the PKB Drive Thru service is deemed effective, with the clarity of information being accountable through various media such as the agency's website, newspapers, radio, and social media.

This research aims to examine the implementation of village tourism policies in Ensaid Panjang
Village, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities faced. A
qualitative approach was used in this research, which involved literature study, in-depth interviews with
stakeholders, and participant observation in the field. The research results identified several main
challenges, including limited infrastructure such as road access and basic facilities, limited skilled human
resources in the tourism sector, and inadequate funding for village tourism development. The proposed
development strategy includes improving basic infrastructure, providing tourism training and education
for local communities, developing tourism packages that highlight cultural and natural riches, increasing
promotion through digital media, and increasing community participation in tourism management. It is
hoped that the implementation of these strategies can encourage sustainable tourism development in Ensaid
Panjang Village, providing equitable economic, social and environmental benefits for the entire
community. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of collaboration between government, local
communities, academics and tourism industry players to achieve inclusive and sustainable tourism
development goals

This research seeks to analyse the supervision and transparency of the use of funds in Entipan Village using a qualitative case study approach. The results show that the capacity of village apparatus, community participation, and the use of information technology are key factors in determining the level of transparency and accountability of village fund management. Villages with well-trained apparatus, high community participation, and adoption of information technology show better management of village funds. However, obstacles such as a closed bureaucratic culture and resistance to change remain key challenges. Recommendations include improving the capacity of the apparatus through training, increasing community participation, and adopting information technology to support transparency and accountability. With these measures, it is expected that the management of village funds can be better and support sustainable development at the village level.

Abstract : Tenun Ikat, as an important cultural heritage of the Dayak community in Sintang District, West Kalimantan, reflects the cultural and philosophical identity of the local community. However, the growth of globalization and the lack of interest of younger generations in the bonding culture put the art of tenun a barrier to its preservation. The study emphasizes the importance of young people's charisma in preserving Sintang's tenun ikat. This kaderization includes education and training programmes, cultural promotion campaigns, and economic empowerment through the formation of co-operatives or joint venture groups. The educational programmes may include workshops with senior craftsmen which can be facilitated by the Sintang District Government. Promotions can use social media and cultural activities to increase young people's appreciation of their heritage. To maintain the relevance of tenun ikat in the contemporary market, young artisans acquire business and marketing skills through economic empowerment. Hopefully through this effort, the younger generation will be the keepers of tradition and also the innovators who can cultivate and bring the bandage to the global stage. In an era of globalization and modernization, the kaderisation of young people is a strategic spearhead for ensuring the sustainability of weaving and strengthening cultural identities.

PENGARUH LOKASI DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGHUNI PERUMAHAN AMORA LAND PROPERTY SINTANG

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of location and facilities on the satisfaction of residents of Amora Land Property Sintang housing with a sample of 54 consumers who had purchased housing at Amora Land Property Sintang. The results of the research partially show that location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (sig t count > 0.05). Furthermore, facilities have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (sig t <0.05). The results of the F test showed that location and facilities together (simultaneously) influenced the satisfaction of residents of the Amora Land Property Sintang housing complex as indicated by the calculated F significance value <0.05.

Work development for employees of Bina Masyarakat Credit Union branch Sungai Durian
Sintang is carried out to know, understand, study and develop aspects of employee empowerment, work
rewards, work compensation and employee work ethic. The research method is descriptive qualitative, the
research subjects consist of branch managers and staff employees. The research instrument consists of
interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis is qualitative analysis. The results of the
research concluded that empowerment, rewards and compensation had been carried out in accordance with
the provisions of management policy patterns and personnel regulations, then regarding work ethic
information was obtained that employee work results were in accordance with standard provisions for
welfare acceptance. The research results also found that there are other aspects that also determine employee
work development, namely those relating to employee work discipline. The suggestions made so that
employee work development can be better are seen as needing to be further supported by work enthusiasm
and increased employee discipline at work

School-based management is a school management system that grants authority and power to the institution to manage its operations in line with its potential, demands, and needs. A school is an institution that has the independent authority to establish educational programs (curriculum) and their implications for various school policies in accordance with the school's vision, mission, and educational goals. The aim of this study is to understand and analyze the functions of school management in Senior High Schools. The implementation of school management has been carried out through learning planning, learning implementation, and learning supervision. The learning objectives provide an overview of the relevance and activities to be carried out; the teaching and learning implementation is closely tied to the dimension of human resources, encompassing the number of teachers, educational qualifications, curriculum, library, and more. Furthermore, the supervision of teaching and learning is conducted by the principal in cooperation with the school’s teachers’ council, as well as by the Branch Office of Education both directly and indirectly. Therefore, the implementation of Senior High School Management functions can be concluded as a guideline for conducting learning activities to improve the quality of education. Additionally, alumni and the community should support teaching and learning activities as a form of participation in enhancing the quality of education.

Abstract: Effective village financial management is the key to increasing transparency, accountability and efficient use of the village budget. The Village Financial System Application (SISKEUDES) aims to assist village governments in managing finances in a systematic and easily accessible manner. This study analyzes the implementation of SISKEUDES in Rumbih Village, Silat Hilir District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of SISKEUDES has succeeded in increasing accuracy and speed in financial recording, making it easier to prepare financial reports, and improving the village financial monitoring and evaluation system. However, several obstacles such as limited human resources and technological infrastructure need to be overcome to optimize the use of this application. Continuous training support, increased internet access, and technical assistance are very necessary to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of SISKEUDES in Rumbih Village.

The study in this study is the Role of the National Integration Forum of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Sintang Regency. and therefore the objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out, describe and analyze. With this research method using Descriptive research. The subjects in namely the Head of the Agency, the National Unity Development Section, the Chairperson of the FPK and FPK Members, with the research techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation studies with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that (1). The role of the FPK has carried out its role in supporting existing policies and trying to comply with all applicable provisions regarding the implementation of programs in the field of Ideology and National Insight Development. (2). FPK development is running well but after the Covid-19 pandemic there is a budget problem in implementing the national insight program because the budget for implementing the national insight program is diverted to handling Covid-19 so that several programs have not run optimally. The suggestions submitted by the Research are (1). The role of FPK which has carried out its role in supporting existing policies and has attempted to comply with all applicable provisions regarding the implementation of programs in the field of Ideology and National Insight Development so that it continues to be improved. (2). FPK development which has been running well but has not yet run optimally so that it can be improved and continue to improve the work program.

The development of the global world has indirectly shifted the meaning of local culture within
societies. With the introduction of a more modern system of work and thinking, the traditional life system
of society has changed. Even though people's lifestyles are becoming more modern, it doesn't mean that the
traditional local culture is not preserved and just abandoned. This study was conducted with the aim of
understanding the preservation of local culture through Pekan Gawai Dayak in Sintang District. The
research approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive method with literacy study. Through literacy
studies, researchers gather relevant information from various sources, such as journals, news portals and
social media. The results of the study found that, the Government of the District of Sintang along with the
Adelantary Council of Dayak district Sintang carried out a cultural celebration of Pekan Gawai Dayak as
one of the efforts to preserve the local culture. In its implementation, Pekan Gawai Dayak presented various
local cultural activities of the Dayak community in Sintang district. The effort to preserve the local culture
is not an impossible thing to do, because the enthusiasm of the community is always high every Pekan
Gawai Dayak carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate and refine the location of the activities in
order to encourage the participation of the public as participants and beneficiaries of the cultural
celebrations by the Sintang District Government

This research investigates the role of social media in increasing the political participation of
Generation Z in rural areas, especially Sungai Ana Village, Sintang District during the 2024 General
Election. Using a mixed methods approach, this research combines a literature review, survey, in-depth
interviews, social media content analysis, and observation participatory to collect comprehensive data.
These findings reveal that social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp are very
important for increasing political awareness among Generation Z users in Sungai Ana Village, Sintang
District. About 91% of respondents rely on social media as their main source of political information, and
admit that these platforms help them better understand political issues and candidates. These findings
highlight the need for increased media literacy and critical thinking skills to combat the spread of fake news.
The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders, emphasizing the importance
of improving internet infrastructure in rural areas, promoting educational campaigns on media literacy,
and fostering collaboration between governments, educational institutions, and social media platforms to
develop effective political education initiatives. By overcoming these challenges and harnessing the
potential of social media, Generation Z's political engagement in rural areas, especially in Sungai Ana
Village, can be significantly increased, resulting in more active and informed participation in the
democratic process

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang yaitu; 1). Kabag Ops SPKT Polres Kabupaten Melawi. 2). Anggota Kepolisian yang bertugas pada SPKT Kabupaten Melawi. 3). Anggota Masyarakat yang mendapatkan pelayanan pada SPKT Kabupaten Melawi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik wawancara, observasi atau pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi sudah berjalan atau dilaksanakan oleh Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi, khususnya pada aspek Mekanisme Pelayanannya, dimana pihak Polres Melawi memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan mekanisme yang ditetapkan oleh undang-undang. Pelayanan kepada masyarakat sudah diberikan sesuai mekanisme pelayanan yang ada. Aspek Sarana dan Prasarana sudah tersedia, komputer, laptop, printer, alat tulis kantor, meja dan kursi sebagai bagian dari pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Aspek sumber daya manusia dapat dibagi dalam dua bagian yaitu kuantitas dan kualitas. Dari aspek kualitas sumber daya manusia sudah cukup memadai namun dari sisi kuantitas sumber daya manusia masih diperlukan.

Kesimpulannnya bahwa Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi dalam aspek Mekanisme pelayanan pihak SPKT sudah memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sesuai prosedur dan mekanisme yang diatur oleh undang-undang. Dari Aspek sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai dan dari aspek sumber daya manusia masih diperlukan dari aspek kuantitas personil. Saran: perlu adanya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana terutama jika pelayanan SPKT dilakukan diera digitalisasi dan penambahan jumlah personil yang bertugas pada Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Kabupaten Melawi.

This study examines the strategies for improving the quality of employees at PT. Sawit
Khatulistiwa Lestari Pedadang Estate in Ketungau Hilir, Sintang Regency. The focus of this research is to
identify the strategies used to enhance the quality of employees at PT. Sawit Khatulistiwa Lestari Pedadang
Estate. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include managers,
general employees, and employees from the R&D (Resource and Development) department. Data collection
techniques used in the study are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this
study indicate that the company motivates and ensures the well-being of employees as a means of
improving employee quality. The management frequently conducts training to enhance employees' skills,
not only in industrial activities but also in personal and self-development skills. Employee attendance is
quite high, with employees arriving and leaving according to working hours and being able to perform
tasks according to their positions and responsibilities. However, challenges arise from frequent budget
shortages due to the fact that a large portion of PT. Sawit Khatulistiwa Lestari Pedadang Estate's land is
still non-productive and in maintenance, and the process of appointing permanent employees takes a long
time. Based on the conclusions above, several recommendations are suggested: Regular training for
employees at PT. Sawit Khatulistiwa Lestari Pedadang Estate is needed to improve employee quality. To
determine job satisfaction as an effort to improve employee quality, periodic opinion surveys should be
conducted. The company's financial management needs to be improved to ensure timely wage payments.
The company should seek funds that can be fully invested in maintaining the non-productive portion of the
land

Researchers are interested in answering this problem by trying to answer the problem formulation: How has the Sumbermulyo District Government responded to the COVID-19 Management Policy? The aim of this research is to describe or illustrate existing phenomena and the facts that occur. So the method used is a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. The object of this research is the Response of the Sumbermulyo District Government to the COVID-19 Management Policy. The informants for this research were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Hamlet Head, Community Elements, and Sumbermulyo Village Community Protection Unit Officers. The Sumbermulyo Village Government's response to the COVID-19 Management Policy is as a follow-up to the policy made by the Government. The Sumbermulyo Village Government is following the orders given by the supravillage Government. The Sumbermulyo District Government in responding to COVID-19 formed Village volunteers to fight COVID-19 starting from the Village Headquarters down to the Padukuhan level, through Village Head Decree and Village Regulations, spraying disinfectant in all Padukuhan, forming Village quarantine houses, Handling using Village Funds and making changes to APBDes. Therefore, the researcher provides advice: In responding to policies, you must look at the capabilities of the sub-district and the condition of the community, not just follow orders. In handling it, you should not only focus on using Village Funds, but also utilize other financial sources, such as ADD, PADes, and other legitimate assistance.

The problem in the research is the importance of managing village assets in the village government area as capital in village development. The village assets that must be recorded are village treasury land and existing village inventory items. Data collection is intended to obtain an overview of various village potentials which can be used as development planning based on community interests. The result of research shows that, implementation of coordination of CSR by regency government is not optimal. By the time, implementation of regional policies is slowly. The synchronization step that has been done has not been effective. The implementation process, in that mean is the CSR practice is not accordance with Sintang regent regulation number 54, 2016 about Corporate Social Responsibility and the prime mover development of Sintang Regency. The CSR practice has not focused on community empowerment efforts.

Abstract The problem raised in this research is the implementation of public information in the Sintang Regency Communication and Information Service. It is known that the Bureaucratic Structure is a system carried out by public bodies in accordance with their respective duties and functions and is an implementing element of the Regional Government led by the Head of Service who is under and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary in accordance with their area of authority. The Sintang Regency Communication and Informatics Service has the main task of carrying out government affairs in the fields of Communication and Informatics, Statistics and Coding. Disposition in implementing policies is the attitude of implementers in implementing policies. The disposition or attitude of policy implementers can be seen through understanding and deepening, the direction of the policy response, and the intensity of the policy. Human resources are important in implementing policies because if communication is going well between policy makers and implementers but there are not adequate resources then policy implementation will not run well. Sintang. The scope of this research is: 1. Quality of Raw Materials 2. Human Resources 3. Facilities and
Infrastructure 4. Capital. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects are:
1. Owner of Auliya Meubel Sintang 2. Employees of Auliya Meubel Sintang. 3. Consumers of Auliya
Meubel Sintang. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation and documents. Data collection tools
