PEMANFAATAN BAHAN LOKAL SEBAGAI INOVASI MINUMAN TRADISIONAL ANTIOKSIDAN "MA'COMLANG" (MADU, BUAH, KECOMBRANG)

The utilization of local ingredients for innovative product development is an important solution in strengthening community economy. This community service aims to introduce an innovative traditional antioxidant drink called “Ma’COMLANG”, made from honey, kecombrang fruit (Etlingera elatior), and butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) to the PKK women’s group in Sebuduh Village, Kembayan District. The activity involved 30 participants through direct training and mentoring. The implementation methods included preliminary survey, counseling, product processing practice, and activity evaluation. Results showed increased knowledge and skills in utilizing local ingredients into a consumable and potentially marketable health beverage. Evaluations revealed positive responses regarding taste, color, and health benefits. This activity also raised awareness of the importance of consuming healthy drinks made from local ingredients and highlighted the economic potential of local plant processing
