The transformation of digital learning has become an urgent necessity to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, particularly at the primary education level. However, many Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers still face limitations in developing interactive and engaging digital teaching materials. This community service program aimed to enhance the competencies of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout Sintang Regency in creating interactive teaching materials through the utilization of Canva and artificial intelligence technology, namely ChatGPT. The implementation method consisted of planning, training sessions, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The training focused on introducing the concept of interactive teaching materials, utilizing Canva features for designing learning content, and employing ChatGPT as a supporting tool in developing instructional materials. The results of the program indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in designing more creative, effective, and student-centered interactive teaching materials tailored to the characteristics of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. Furthermore, the teachers demonstrated high enthusiasm and an increased ability to integrate digital technology into their classroom practices. This program contributes positively to supporting digital learning transformation and is expected to be sustained as an effort to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
