This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee when submitting a manuscript to JELPA. Submission and peer review are provided free of charge.

Article Publication: 700,000.00 (IDR)
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 700,000. The APC contributes to the costs of editorial processing, English language editing, proofreading, layout, DOI registration, metadata management, online publication, and journal maintenance.

The APC is the same for all authors regardless of nationality or institutional affiliation.

The Article Processing Charge is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process.

For payments made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the applicable amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate determined by JELPA on the date of payment.
